Delivery time

We will make an effort so that the delivery time of your order be the shortest possible, according to the estimated shipping time indicated in each product description.

Spite of existing stocks in our store, the delivery time depend on our supplier`s availability and other factors like adverse weather conditions or shipping company responsibilities.
Case any difficulty occurs that undermines the estimated shipping time of the produts, makeatwist.pt will inform the Client.
They can accept or reject the new conditions, thus confirming or cancelling the order. 

Makeatwist.pt delivers all your orders, ensuring a fast and secure delivery of their purchases.

We delivers to all European Union countries, this service is provided by Post Espress.

Shipping cost

The delivery cost for your order is calculated automatically and will depend on weight, volume and destination.
In the European Union countries territories, there are no customs duties.
Outside the European Union (EU) depending on your country of residence, there may be applied customs duties, which are paid by the client.

Order reception

As mentioned before, makeatwist.pt delivers orders to the address that the Customer specified.
In order to ensure a successful delivery please make sure that the address is correct.

We suggest you choose a delivery address where you are always present, such as your workplace.

The order is considered completed as soon as it is delivered to the address provided by the Customer. If the order delivery is prevented or rejected by the Customer, delivery costs may be charged to the Customer.

Please make sure that the delivery address allows for the required access so that the shipping carrier may deliver your order.

The makeatwist.pt will not be responsible for delivery costs if the order cannot be delivered at the Customer`s designated address.

Restrictions

For security, the makeatwist.pt does not deliver orders to PO boxes or hotels.
